Red Snapper with Organic Parsley-Almond Pesto Recipe

Snapper is a favorite fish of many, and broiled with this lively pesto, it is transformed into a glorious meal. Try it with boiled potatoes and the first-of-the-season baby carrots. Drizzle a little extra-cold pesto on the vegetables. Tell your kids they're eating cookies for breakfast and they'll love you forever. 1/2 cup crunchy orgnaic peanut butter 1/4 cup (1 stick) butter, softened 1 banana 1 egg 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup flour 1 1/4 cup rolled oats 1 cup organic dried cranberries (organic raisins work too) 3/4 cup flaked coconut 1 cup dark chocolate chips or nuts (chopped pecans, almonds) or a combination Preheat oven to 350° F. Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup oil 1/3 cup maple syrup (plus more for glaze) 1/4 cup cold water 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract 1/2 cup dried organic cranberries 1/4 cup sliced roasted organic almonds Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
