Kids do seem to have the best perspective in life and this summer during our outdoor farmers markets we had the pleasure of seeing hundreds of bright-eyed and bushy-tailed youngsters every Sunday. The Park Silly Market is an eco-friendly open air market and street festival that brings over 10,000 people to Park City, Utah from all over the country and world. It's silly and it's fun and it's a great way to meet people and get our delicious organic snacks into their hands. I mean, who doesn't love a sample? Kids especially do. And the majority of the them choose the little green nut covered in the little white shell. Other than the amazing taste, I think there is something magical about opening it up and getting a tasty treat out of it. After realizing it was the go-to nut for kids, I asked a couple if they knew what it was. This video is what came of it. Be sure to watch the ending.
