Congratulations to Barbara Stafford and her Cranberry Crostini, which not only includes our Cranberries, but the option of using our Pistachios, Almonds or Cashews. Check out her recipe below! Cranberry Crostini Ingredients: 1 baguette, sliced into ¼” slices 4 tbsp. walnut oil ½ c. walnuts, Allgood Provisions Pistachios, Almonds or Cashews, toasted and chopped 8 oz. bleu cheese crumbles 2 tbsp. shallots, minced 1/3 c. Allgood Provisions dried Cranberries Method: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place slices of bread on baking sheet, then brush with walnut oil. Bake until toasted, about 5 minutes. 2. Mix nuts, cheese, shallots and cranberries in a bowl. Place a dollop onto each bread slice. Bake until cheese begins to melt, about 4 minutes. Congrats, Barbara!
